Tamper-evident audit trails. Signed decision records. Compliance evidence that holds up to independent review.
Compliance coverage across 27 frameworks
The Problem
Current governance tools cover important ground. But they share common gaps: scores that drift, audits that miss windows, and compliance that's hard to verify independently.
Scores drift upward with no anchor. Every agent eventually looks trustworthy whether they earned it or not.
How we solve it →Point-in-time snapshots miss everything between. You audit Tuesday, the violation happened Monday.
How we solve it →No mechanism prevents trust manipulation. Agents can game scores, collude on votes, exploit thresholds.
How we solve it →N frameworks require N separate implementations. EU AI Act, NIST, ISO 42001 — each a silo.
How we solve it →Multi-agent governance doesn't exist. Organizations deploy fleets of AI agents with zero cross-agent trust visibility.
How we solve it →Checklists pass audits but miss real risk. You can be 100% compliant and 100% unsafe simultaneously.
How we solve it →
Most governance tools tell you whether a control exists.
We show what happened, what was checked, and what evidence remains.
Cryptographic provenance. Machine-verified correctness. Continuous monitoring. Tamper-proof audit trails. Not policies — proof.
The Platform
Live demos. Each one provable. Try them right here.
How It Works
From assessment to continuous governance in one platform.
Map your AI systems against 27 regulatory frameworks. Identify gaps. Get a compliance score in minutes.
Wrap your AI agents with trust scoring and provenance chains. Same agents, now governable. Deploys in 5 minutes.
Continuous governance with real-time trust monitoring, cryptographic audit trails, and fleet-level visibility.
See It In Action
Eight capabilities. Each one live. Each one verifiable.
"We spent two years on the math before we built the product. The theorems tell us what's possible. The product makes it accessible."
Compliance
Deliverables
Not dashboards. Not reports. Cryptographically verifiable proof that your AI is governed.
Cryptographically sealed. Anyone can verify independently. No trust required — the math speaks for itself.
Cover page, findings, provenance chain, offline verification kit. Everything an auditor needs in one package.
Tamper any record and the chain breaks. Visually. Immediately. No forensics required — the proof is self-evident.

The theory behind the platform. Every claim backed by published research, machine-verified proofs, and formal methods.
Our Journey
We started with the math. The products followed.
Conservation law for trust dynamics discovered. The realization that governance can be physics, not policy. First provisional patents filed. Research published on Zenodo.
48 patent filings. 1,026 theorems verified in Lean 4. 8,106 tests passing. Non-provisional patent filed. 100% TrojAI detection rate. The math is proven.
Fleet-scale governance. Multi-organization trust federation. EU AI Act readiness (August 2, 2026). Production launch. The physics ships.
Founder
Rafael Velado spent 27 years in the U.S. military, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3) in Army Cyber. He brings deep operational experience in cybersecurity, signals intelligence, and mission-critical systems to everything he builds.
Today he's a CISSP-certified Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager at Marsh, one of the world's largest insurance brokers and risk advisors, where he reports to the Global CISO and leads governance initiatives across the enterprise.
With a background in mathematics and a career spent securing systems that can't afford to fail, Raf recognized in early 2025 that trust dynamics in multi-agent AI systems obey conservation laws — the same class of invariants that govern physical systems. That insight became Atomic Trust.
What started as a single theorem is now 48 patent filings, 1,026 machine-verified proofs, and a platform built to govern AI at enterprise scale. Every line of code, every proof, and every patent was built by one founder who believes governance should be as rigorous as the AI itself.
Move from trust assumptions to trust guarantees.
